One medium size pet (dog or cat) or 2 small size pets are welcome in our campervans for a small fee of £2.00 per pet per nights.

To rent a VW campervan, simply browse our listings, select your desired dates, add any extras and follow the booking process.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of the booking and the full balance is due 6 weeks before collection.

No! All bookings come with unlimited mileage for UK & EU.

The minimum hire period is usually 2 nights. There may be some periods where the minimum hire period will differ such as special promotions.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation.

More that 6 weeks before collection: loss of 20% booking deposit

2-6 weeks before collection: 50% of total cost

Less then 2 weeks before collection: 100% of total cost

We recommend that you book as soon as possible to any avoid disappointment, if your booking is more the 6 weeks ahead, only 20% is required at the time of the booking.

We do accept last minute bookings (subject to availability), providing all necessary documents are received at least 24 hours before collection date.

Collection of campervan is from TC Campers Ltd HQ - 9 Castlehill Road, Walsall, WS99SA (for direction click here) and customers can leave their car with us during the hire period, we have free secure off street parking available.

Collection time is between 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Return is by 11:00am on the last hire day

Early collection and late drop off is subject to availability and can be arranged 7 days prior to collection date for a small fee.

Please allow around 30 minutes for the full handover which include signing necessary paperwork and a full demonstration on how all onboard systems work.

Don't worry, we have plenty of "How to do" videos which you will have access to and if you still not sure about something or have more questions we have a dedicated WhatsApp number where you can speak to a real human including video call.

We offer a fully comprehensive Self-Drive Hire insurance for up to 4 name drives at no extra cost.

Drivers must be 25-79 years old with minimum 2 year driving experience, have no major convictions and have no more then 1 fault claim in the last 2 years.

Security deposit will be change on collection of campervan or 24 hours before collection of campervan and will be returned within 7 working days after the rental hire period ends if there is no damage or breaches.

No! Self-Drive insurance excludes claims for loss or damage to personal possessions. In this respect we recommended to take out an additional personal holiday/travel insurance for the duration of the rental hire period.

The main driver and all additional named drivers must supply following

- Copy of drivers licence (front & back)

- 2 proofs of address other than driving licence and they must not be older than 90 days

- National Insurance number for UK drivers

- Copy of passport for EU/International drivers

No, you don't need a special driving licence to hire our VW Campervans, as they are under the 3,500kg weight limit for a standard Category B car licence.

Yes! EU travel is allowed and our insurance and roadside assistance cover EU countries as well.

Our campervans are also equipped with European travel kit as standard.

Yes! To travel to EU, you can take our campervans on Eurotunnel or ferry, just make sure you declare it as campervan at the time of the booking.

When traveling by Eurotunnel you must make sure that gas bottle is turned off.

Do not entre carparks or barriers under 2.1m.

No! Off-road use is prohibited and not covered by insurance, unless accessing carpark or campsite.

In UK in some places, wild camping in allow, but only with the tent, and local rules must be follow for wild camping.

You can not legaly wild camp with our VW Campervans, however you can stay overnight in the official pub stopovers, car parks where overnight parking is allow, providing you pay correct fee or any official and legal overnight stays.

Yes, UK festivals only and festival fee applies. This must be declared during booking.

Up to 4 people can sleep in our campervans, 2 adults can sleep on Rock'n'Roll bed and 2 adults can sleep under pop-top roof.

We provide the mattress with fitted bed sheet to sleep "upstairs" & fitted bed sheet for the bed "donwstairs", please bring your pillows & duvets/ sleeping bags.

All above comes as standard with every hire at no extra cost, and for a small fee you can also hire a portable toilet, this will need to retuned empty.

Our campervans are fitted with 100AH leisure battery for 2 days off-grid powering lighting, fridge/freezer & phone charging.

When campervans are plugged in to 240v electric hook-up, this will allow leisure battery to be recharged and also allows usage of high voltage appliances such as electric kettle or toaster.

No problem, our campervans are fitted with diesel heaters are easy to use, the heaters are fitted with thermostat so even at night you be sure, temperature in the campervans will not fall below your ideal temperature.

As a role of thumb diesel heaters will use 0.5-1.2l of diesel if running for 1 hour.

Report it immediately and take pictures where possible. Cost of any loss or damage will be charged accordingly and the amount will be deducted from security insurance deposit.

You have Platinum UK and Standard EU RAC breakdown cover. Call 0333 202 3000 and notify us as soon as possible.

In case of accident collect third party details, take pictures where possible and notify us as soon as possible.

Yes! On collection campervan will be handed over clean & tidy and is must be returned clean & tidy, with clean dishes, rubbish removed, and toilet emptied. Excessive cleaning may incur a fee.

On collection campervan will be handed over with full tank of diesel, and on return campervan must be return with full tank of diesel.

Failure to do this will result in a refuelling charge of £25.00 plus cost of the fuel.

No! Smoking or vaping inside the campervan or awning is strictly prohibited.
